Duties
The primary jobs of the Receptionist is to meet the public and assist them in handling their business with the Township. The Receptionist primarily answers telephone calls, greets the walk-in traffic, and directs the contacts to the staff with whom they need to discuss their issues. Among the various additional duties, the receptionist handles:
- Correspondence for various staff
- Filing
- Permits (typing and notifying residents of costs, when to pick up, etc.)
- Registrations
- Various additional duties as requested
